Co-Founder, Non-Obvious Company
Chhavi Arya Bhargava is the Co-Founder of the Non-Obvious Company, where she leads business operations, marketing, and social media — and serves as lead producer on every event and live experience the company creates. She also oversees final production on all Non-Obvious learning materials and published books.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Chhavi spent a decade in the classroom as an elementary school teacher, where she developed and introduced Canada’s first multicultural curriculum on diversity and inclusion. That belief — that all of us have the power to build a more inclusive world — still drives her work today.
She is the award-winning author of A Kids Book About Diwali, a contributor to the Wall Street Journal bestseller Beyond Diversity, and Co-Founder of Ideapress Publishing. An Indian American Canadian entrepreneur, she is an adventurous traveler, an active supporter of South Asian and female entrepreneurs, and a proud mom of two boys.
