What It Was

The most ambitious
conversation about diversity.

In January 2021 the Non-Obvious Company and Jennifer Brown Consulting brought together people who are almost never in the same room: casting directors, bookstore owners, disabled leaders, healthcare professionals, students, VCs, standup comedians, chief diversity officers, pro gamers, archaeologists, government insiders, startup founders and a master puppeteer. Three quarters of participants identified as underrepresented and two thirds identified as genders other than male. Every session was captioned. Everything below is free to watch, forever.

The Full Agenda

Every session,

All 53 sessions, grouped by the twelve themes that became the twelve chapters of the book. Each one links straight to the full recording.
